After the tobacco, which will not be used for any other cigar, has aged for over 12 years, the cigars are rolled by Davidoff’s most skilled rollers with over 15 years of experience. Once the cigar is rolled, there is an additional year of ageing, after which each cigar is reviewed and approved by Davidoff’s Master Blenders.

We take utmost care in preserving the quality of our cigars. As such, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for tobacco products due to their perishable nature.
- Shipping Responsibility:
While we make every effort to ensure your order’s safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged products during shipping.
To safeguard your investment, we highly recommend that customers opt for shipping insurance at the time of purchase.
- Warranty for St Dupont Products:
All St Dupont products come with a warranty card filled with essential details.
In order to avail of warranty services, it is mandatory for customers to retain possession of the warranty card.
- Refund Policy:
We do not accept “change of mind” refunds, as we deal in perishable and premium products.
However, we do recognise that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider special cases. In such instances, only store credits will be issued as a refund.
If store credits are not an option, we will provide a refund directly.
